Returns + Exchanges
Only new, unworn pieces with tags and bikini liner attached in their original packaging will be accepted for return. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Pieces with marks are ineligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased at full-price in the last 14 days are eligible for return. We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the items have the original tags attached, are unworn, and have the hygienic liner still in place.
Items purchased on sale, like the Warehouse Sale or sale section, or at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping
Is shipping free?
Shipping within the United States is free for orders totaling $150 or more. Orders below $150 will be charged a flat rate of $8.00 for shipping. If you need expedited shipping, it is available for a fee of $15.00. The cost of international shipping will vary depending on the carrier you choose during checkout.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship wherever USPS, UPS, and DHL deliver. When checking out, you will select the shipping carrier of your choosing.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship in 2-3 business days from when the order is placed.
When will I receive my order?
If you select standard shipping your order will be delivered with 4-5 business days after fulfillment due to delays by USPS. If you select expedited shipping your order will be delivered in 2-3 business days after fulfillment. International orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days.
