Are exchanges free?
Yes! We only accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as the items have the original tags attached, are unworn, and have the hygienic liner still in place. Once your exchange is authorized, you’ll receive a free prepaid shipping label via email. Once the return label is scanned, your exchange will be automatically placed and sent to you.
To exchange an item for a different size, go to Returns. Enter your order number from your confirmation email and your email address used, select exchange, and pick your desired size. If you would like to exchange for a different style, follow the same instructions and select store credit, and we will refund you for your original item and you can place a new order for your desired style and complete payment using a the refunded amount on a gift card that we will send you via email. Are returns free?
Yes! Go Returns, enter your order number from your confirmation email and your email address used to place the order to generate a free, prepaid USPS label. We accept returns in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days from delivery.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

How soon will I get my refund?
If your return is approved and you’ll receive a free prepaid shipping label via email. Once your return label is scanned then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Can I return an international order?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer free returns on international orders. You may still return or exchange, but all shipping costs to and from your location must be covered by you. We offer an extra 30 days for returns from international orders due to longer shipping times.
