Returns + Exchanges

Are exchanges free?

Yes! We only accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as the items have the original tags attached, are unworn, and have the hygienic liner still in place.

Once your exchange is authorized, you’ll receive a free prepaid shipping label via email. Once we receive your original items back, your exchange will be automatically placed and sent to you. 

Are returns free?

Yes! Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

What items can be returned?

Items purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for return. We only accept returns  within 30 days of purchase as long as the items have the original tags attached, are unworn, and have the hygienic liner still in place.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you’ll receive a free prepaid shipping label via email and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Can I return an international order?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer free returns on international orders. You may still return or exchange, but all shipping costs to and from your location must be covered by you. We offer an extra 30 days for returns from international orders due to longer shipping times.
