Exchanges
Exchanges are free and we accept exchanges on full price merchandise within 30 days of delivery as long as the items have the original tags attached, are unworn, and have the hygienic liner still in place.
Follow the below steps to exchange:
- Visit our returns center.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
- Once the return label is scanned, your exchange will be automatically placed and sent to you.
To exchange an item for a different style than what was previously ordered, please visit our returns center or email us at info@nomadsswimwear.com. Terms and positions apply.
Returns
We accept returns in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Your return label shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Follow the steps below to return:
- Visit our returns center.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable.

What items can be returned?
Items purchased at full-price in the last 15 days are eligible for return. We only accept returns within 15 days of purchase as long as the items have the original tags attached, are unworn, and have the hygienic liner still in place.
What items can't be returned?
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned. Full-price items bought on sale are only eligible for exchanges.
How soon will I get my refund?
If your return is approved, you will receive a free prepaid shipping label via email. Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 business days. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable. Your return label shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Can I return an international order?
International orders can be returned or exchanged, but all shipping costs to and from your location must be covered by you. We offer an extra 30 days for returns from international orders due to longer shipping times.
