Exchanges are free, and we accept exchanges on full price merchandise within 14 days of delivery as long as the items have the original tags attached, are unworn, and have the hygienic liner still in place.  

To exchange an item for a different size or style than what was previously ordered, email us at info@nomadsswimwear.com and include your order # and the items you would like to exchange. Terms and conditions apply.

We accept returns in new, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Pieces purchased at a sale price or with a discount code are not eligible for return.

Your return label shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Follow the steps below to return:

• Email us at info@nomadsswimwear.com and include your order # and the items you would like to return. 
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable.

Items purchased at full-price in the last 15 days are eligible for return. We only accept returns within 15 days of purchase as long as the items have the original tags attached, are unworn, and have the hygienic liner still in place.

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned. Full-price items bought on sale are only eligible for exchanges.

If your return is approved, you will receive a free prepaid shipping label via email. Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 business days. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable. Your return label shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

 International orders can be returned or exchanged, but all shipping costs to and from your location must be covered by you. We offer an extra 30 days for returns from international orders due to longer shipping times.
